Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or using any services provided by BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Rental Eligibility

To rent an exotic vehicle from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons, you must be at least 25 years of age. All renters must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license or a valid international driver’s license accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP). You must present a valid major credit card in your name at the time of pickup. BluStreet reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not meet our eligibility requirements or whose driving record does not meet our standards.

Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A valid credit card is required to secure any booking. Reservation confirmations will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of booking. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery is available throughout Southampton, East Hampton, Montauk, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, and the East End.

Pricing and Payment

All rental rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment in full is required at the time of vehicle pickup or delivery unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Debit cards are not accepted. Additional charges may apply for delivery, late returns, excess mileage, fuel replacement, tolls, traffic violations, and cleaning fees.

Security Deposit

A security deposit ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 will be authorized on your credit card at the time of vehicle pickup or delivery. The exact deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle rented. The security deposit hold will be released within 7 to 14 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition, pending a final inspection. BluStreet reserves the right to charge the security deposit for any damages, violations, cleaning fees, or other charges incurred during the rental period.

Insurance Requirements

All renters must provide proof of full-coverage automobile insurance that extends to rental vehicles, with minimum liability coverage of $300,000 combined single limit. Your insurance policy must cover exotic and high-value vehicles. If your personal insurance does not meet our requirements, supplemental insurance may be available at an additional cost. Renters are fully responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including deductibles.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

All vehicles rented from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons must be operated in a safe and responsible manner in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. The vehicle must remain within the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) unless prior written approval is obtained from BluStreet.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential legal action:

Racing, speed contests, or reckless driving of any kind. Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products inside the vehicle. Sub-letting, re-renting, or allowing unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle. Using the vehicle for any illegal purpose or activity. Transporting hazardous materials. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Taking the vehicle off-road or on unpaved surfaces. Using the vehicle for commercial purposes, ride-sharing, or hire without prior written consent. Towing or pushing any other vehicle. Modifying the vehicle in any way. Transporting more passengers than the vehicle is designed to accommodate.

Mileage Policy

Each rental includes a mileage allowance of 150 miles per day. Excess mileage will be charged at the rate specified in your rental agreement, which varies by vehicle. Mileage is calculated based on the odometer reading at pickup and return. Long-distance mileage packages may be available upon request and must be arranged prior to the start of the rental period.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling charge will be applied at a premium rate per gallon plus a service fee. All exotic vehicles require premium fuel (91 octane or higher) unless otherwise specified.

Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed-upon date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement. Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate plus a late return fee. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled return time without prior authorization, BluStreet reserves the right to report the vehicle as stolen and pursue all available legal remedies. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with allowance for normal wear and tear.

Damage and Liability

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup or delivery until it is returned to and inspected by BluStreet. Any damage to the vehicle, regardless of fault, is the renter’s responsibility. This includes damage caused by weather, road debris, vandalism, theft, and accidents. The renter agrees to report any damage or mechanical issues immediately by calling (631) 833-9679. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time will forfeit the full rental amount. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time and will provide a full refund in such cases. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Traffic Violations and Tolls

The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, toll charges, and any associated administrative fees incurred during the rental period. BluStreet will charge a processing fee for each violation or toll that must be handled on the renter’s behalf. Any fines or penalties not paid by the renter will be charged to the credit card on file.

Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the renter’s use of the vehicle, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the rental, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. BluStreet’s total liability shall not exceed the total rental amount paid by the renter.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the rental agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of New York. By renting from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals The Hamptons, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
