The renter(s) must states that he / she physically and legally qualified to operate the above-described vehicle.
All fuel used shall be paid for by the renter(s).
The rental car shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire.
The rental car shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior or cab of the vehicle.
Thie rental car shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without written permission.
This rental car shall not be used for any race or in any competition.
This rental car shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
The renter(s) listed above shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
The renter(s) that are under the age of 25 will be charged an additional fee of a minimum $50 a day.
This rental car shall not be operated by any other person other than renter(s) listed above specified without the written permission of the Owner. If I, the renter(s) allows any other driver to drive this rented vehicle, I, the renter(s) will be fully responsible for all expenses relating to this rental car and any other Vehicle involved in any type of damages or accident.
This rental car will be covered underneath I, the renter(s) insurance policy from the rental start date until the rental vehicle is returned.
The Vehicle Cost Recovery Fee which is Owner’s charge to recover the estimated average per day cost incurred by the rental company to license, title, register, obtain number plates and inspect its passenger motor vehicle or rental truck and to pay any taxes owed on such vehicle or truck.. The Vehicle Cost Recovery Fee is not calculated based on the costs imposed upon a particular vehicle.
Vehicle shall not be driven by any person impaired by the use of alcohol, narcotics, intoxicants, or drugs, used with or without a prescription.
Renter shall not transfer or assign this Agreement and/or sublease Vehicle.
Vehicle shall not be used to store or transport explosives, chemicals, corrosives or other hazardous materials or pollutants of any kind or nature.
Renter shall not carry a passenger under the age of seven unless that passenger is restrained in a Federally approved child restraint system.
Renter Accepts the Terms and Conditions applicable to this Rental Agreement without any exception or reservation.
